Pop-Up Host Application Form | Pathfinder Church

Pathfinder Pop-Ups allows our community to take ownership of small outings where people can connect over a shared hobby or activity. If you are interested in leading a pop-up fill out the application below and we will contact you to gather more information! Pop-Ups must be okayed and scheduled at least three weeks before the preferred date.

Pop-Up Leader Responsibilities

Sign our Pathfinder leadership affirmation,
Conduct yourself as a representative of Pathfinder Church during every step of the Pop Up event,
Receive confirmation e-mails from those who sign up,
Communicate with the individuals once to welcome them to the pop-up and once to confirm details at least 24 hours before,
Arrive at the pop-up destination before the designated time to welcome the participants,
Let Tara ([email protected]) or Janice ([email protected]) know at least 24 hours before the event if you are unable to lead the pop-up for any reason.
