The Divide: Social Economic Status – The divides that exist in our world seem so deep and wide that it’s easy to assume they are inevitable and unfixable. Even Jesus tells us “The poor you’ll always have with you,” So doesn’t that mean it’s naïve to hope for anything better? No. Jesus invites us to live as people of hope and possibility. Showing us that when we courageously step out in faith, offering whatever we have in hand, God can do the miraculous.
